This sorting solution has been provided to an E-commerce company for parcel sortation and volume distribution. The packages moving on a conveyor line are scanned, the barcode and weight details are captured and the rejected parcels are pushed off the conveyor line by the Deneb Swing Arm Sorter.

We came up with a customized solution which will automate their container loading unloading process with a tight and accurate verification system. The package moving on a belt conveyor will be scanned by the attached camera and the barcode data is sent to the Bajaj’s cloud based SAP system. After verifying the barcode information, the SAP system sends signal whether to accept or reject the package into the container. The approved packages are then transferred to the container through our 3-stage Telescopic Belt Conveyor.
