This is a conveyor automation solution supplied to an E-commerce company. The scanning and weighing system first scans the barcodes and captures the weight of the shipments. The unscanned items are diverted to the bin with the help of DENEB Swing Arm Sorter (https://youtu.be/QRGygJTw5tg) and the scanned items move forward through plastic modular & inclined belt conveyors. The volume distribution system then distributes the bulk items and the electric swing arms get opened or closed to divert the shipments into the respective chutes.

Most simplistic solution for simple sorting operations. A electric swing arm to ergonomically and safely transfer the shipments off the conveyor line. This sorting solution has been provided to an E-commerce company for parcel sortation and volume distribution. The packages moving on a conveyor line are scanned, the barcode and weight details are captured and the rejected parcels are pushed off the conveyor line by the Deneb Swing Arm Sorter.
