Nido’s Telescopic Belt Conveyor  is an automatic loading & unloading equipment which can extend directly into containers/trucks/trailers/vehicles. It is widely used in logistics shipping and receiving distribution centers, ports, docks, stations, airports and warehouses. Involving industries of post, home appliances, food, tobacco and light industry. It saves time of walking back and forth to makes the loose loading work more efficient and less intensive.

With this project, we helped one of the top 3PL companies to load and unload items from/to their container automatically. The operator puts the items on the conveyor and the conveyor carries them to the truck/container, where they get unloaded.

We came up with a customized solution which will automate their container loading unloading process with a tight and accurate verification system. The package moving on a belt conveyor will be scanned by the attached camera and the barcode data is sent to the Bajaj’s cloud based SAP system. After verifying the barcode information, the SAP system sends signal whether to accept or reject the package into the container. The approved packages are then transferred to the container through our 3-stage Telescopic Belt Conveyor.
